NOT RECEIVED THE PAN CARD YET

Hi,

Myself Srinivas karnati R/o Hyderabad, A.P. I have applied for a pan card on the name of my company CORPORATE CARS but till now i have not received my pan card. I have checked in the internet for the details and it was showing that the card was already dispatched but till now i have not received the card. kindly look into this issue because i am not able to do the transactions in the bank and my current account was also blocked due to not submission of my pancard. Plz find the application details below.
