How to do pan card correction

I received my pan card nearly 6 month ago, i havent used yet but now i want to open DMAT account for this it is very necessary for me.

my pan card no is axvpp0132e, but its printed wrong on the card, as my exact name is PUNITKUMAR.V.K but its printed as PUNITHKUMAR.V.K and in the place of my father name also they printed wrong as KALAKAPPA VISHWANATH but it should VISHWANATH.K which is correct as for my documents.

I complained this to nsdl many times by mail but they didnt replied yet.so please help me what can i do to get my card corrected
