Pan card
NOT RECEIVED

I applied for a new PAN CARD with Eastern Fianciers Ltd, Kalkaji, New Delhi 19, (Agents for UTI) on Feb 21. I was told that it takes only 15 days to get a new card. Till date, I have received nothing. Eastern Financiers Ltd have appointed a half literate person to deal with PAN CARD applications, and he can do nothing to help. He is only capable of collecting forms, stamping on it, and they forwarding it to UTI office.

Where and whom should I call to pursue my PAN CARD.
