Pan card
Wrong name

This is to inform u that i Subhabani Saha, holder of PAN awjps6660d, has recently decided to open up a Dmat a/c and a trading a/c in India Infoline Ltd. but due to the disappearance of Surname on the PAN Card i was refused to proceed. while searching the PAN No. on Income tax Department's web site i found there was no problem with it... But i also found i have to pay some amount to rectify the mistake on the card which was made bi the Utiisl...

hence i'm here to lodge a case against Utiisl for the harassment and not providing right service, as we all know how important is the use of PAN card this days for a business person...

this mistake coast me to much trouble and i need ur help on this regard...
