Ectification in pan card

Dear sir,

i had been issued pan card bearing number ATVPM0139J, with my date of birth mentioned wrongly on it. my dob is 08/06/1983 whereas on pan card its mentioned 08/06/1953. i had applied for the rectification of the above mentioned error on 26th of may. my csf number is 704210877 and my coupon number is 034147774. till now i have not received any response and not even able to track the pan card on website. when i feed the above data (csf number and coupon number) in the website www.utitsl.co.in/pan/, i get message "record not found". i hope you will consider my case and take immediate action to make the rectification and send me the new card as soon as possible.
