Pancard not recieved

Sir! my pancard was despatched through private courier on 25.06.09 but due to some unavoidable reason i could not recieve it on same day and it was returned to mumbai on 26.06.09 without informing me.i did telephonic enquiry to regional incometax office&munbai office.they expressed surprise that how a courier was returned in haste without informing the customer though i am staying at same address mentioned in application.sir! please redespatch my pancard to same address.
