PANCARD not received

Dear sir,

I am BABU from vellore, My PANCARD was send from Mumbai Pancard office through EXPRESS COURIER, MUMBAI to Vellore. But i didnt got the PANCARD bcoz their is no EXPRESS COURIER branch in vellore, and i was asked to get and collect in CHENNAI EXPRESS COURIER branch, but i cant

able to come and collect due to my work shedule, and i was facing many problems without my PANCARD, please kindly send the card to vellore itself
