NON RECEIPT OF CARD AND POOR SERVICES

Sir,
I had applied for issue of a fresh card on 02 Jun 09 at your office at Pratap Bhavan, 5, BSZ Marg, New Delhi. I was told that the card would reac me in 20 days, since the card was not delivered & the web site was indicating 'Not Found' I once again visited the said office on 01 Jul where I was informed that the card has been despatched & that I should enquire from the courier company. I was given the details of the despatch / contact no of the said company. On ringing up the no several times, I was told to contact one Mr. Hussain on his mobile. I am sorry to say that it would be easier to get thru' to the President of India than getting thru' to this person for he is ever engaged or does not attend to the calls. When I reverted back to the no given by your office they are most discourteous for after hearing my side of the story, they simply hangup. The situation is so precarious that I have my doubts if I would ever be able to get my card. Frankly speaking I am apprehensive of any worth while rsult/response to this mail for the site indicates that ther are 2421 complaints on this company.
Notwithstanding the above I am sending the mail for what ever it is worth. The details are as follows:-
