Name change on data of nsdl

Hi,

I have applied online Pan aplication on 13th July-09.

Now i get mail from TIN_Online@nsdl.co.in for following problem.

"This is with reference to your PAN Application made vide

Acknowledgement no. 881020105318091. In this context, please note that we

have observed following discrepancy (ies) in your application."

1) Name in Proof of Address does not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in application.

2) Name in Proof of Identity does not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in application.

Please help to rectify this problem.
