NOT ISSUING PAND CARD

I was applied for new PAN as per your format from Karvey Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) centre as my previous PAN card was lost. my acknowledgment no. is 050510300070226, mony times I have approached the Karvey and Karvey has ordered to me that I must come with new photographs as your photographs is in problem, then I went to Karvey with photographs on 02.05.09, but he told me that your application has been returned back to Hydrabad so you can apply new form and fees.

So, now I want to know whether my application bearing acknowledgment no. 050510300070226 is rejected.
