My is name is JAGADEESH. My PAN is AHDPT 4535H. I had lost my PAN card on 05/06/09. I have applied for a duplicate copy on 19/06/09. Till now i had not received any duplicate card. In your website I tracked my application status, in that it shows that my father name is mismatched and under PBC objection. So kindly issue me duplicate PAN card with previous details which were there at the time of first application (old PAN card). MY CSF number is 704764534 and my coupon number is 035068507. Kindly arrange for my duplicate PAN card. please reply me what should be done.
