Harassment by auto rickshaws and carelessness of traffic police

Y traffic rules, NO auto rickshaw can carry more than 3 passangers. But, here in ahmedabad, just because of the CARELESSNESS of The City Traffic Police, hundreds of Auto Ricksaws move here and there carrying atleast 7 to 8 passangers together. And these auto rickshaw fellows drive so rash, soooooo rash, that they at times cover the whole road and don't let anybody overtake them. They think that the road is made for them only and they run their ricksahws like airplanes. One can find such auto ricksaws on each and every road of ahmedabad. And as we all know, the traffic police is always busy collecting the Chanda from them and harassing the other public than taking care of these rickshaw walaas. it at times is so pathetic that one finds it difficult to even ride a bike on the road.

PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, DO SOMETHING and SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, if anybody listens and reads these complains.
