Entered incorrect name while filling PAN card form

While applying for new PAN card using http://www.tin-nsdl.com/, I entered wrong my name and my fathers name, according to the wrong name I got the PAN, but now I need to correct that, The problem is I don't have any supporting document for wrong my name and my fathers name, as it was filled by mistake.

Please help, How can this be fixed.
