Pan card
NON RECEIPT OF PAN CARD

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have not received my PAN CARD so far. Application for new PAN card was filed with your Jayanagar branch on 10.08.2009.

My PAN is BACPM1739H

I had given my auditor's address (No. 384, 17th Main (Behind PNB Jayanagar Branch), 4th 'T' Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore - 560 041 for delivery of my PAN card.

You can now send my PAN card to my office address: KOI Group, No. 185 & 186, 5th Main Road, Shantiniketan Layout, Arakere, Bangalore - 560 076. I am a director of M/s. KOI Properties Pvt. Ltd.(formerly known as Malind Projects Private Ltd.).

Your early response in this regard will be highly appreciated.
