Non receipt of PAN Card

Dear Sirs,

I applied for PAN card on 18th of February. I checked my PAN CARD status on NSDL site in September and found that. my PAN Card has been dispatched on 7th March. With deep regret I would like to state that till date (i.e.3rd October) my PAN Card has not been delivered to my address as stated in my PAN Application Form.

Hence I would request you to please arrange to send my PAN CARD at the earliest. From NSDL site I have also come accross the following details for your reference:
