Hi, I applied for my PAN Card long time back. Though I got the PAN no. AGCPT1325K but haven't got the card yet. I have also given Income Tax on that no. Please help me to get my PAN card. my address :- 108/1 Tripura Rd, Bhattanagar, Howrah:-711203.

When I contacted the nearest Kolkata branch I came to know the card was delivered to wrong person. My question is, for the mistake of your staff why a consumer like us has to suffer.

Could you please take neccessary action so that I get my PAN card.
