Pan card
Wrong title on pan card

Sir, i applied for pan card which was well before few months. My pan card no is- CCDPS3555F.unfortunately my title printed over the card was wrong, in stead of SAMANTROY it was written as SAMANTRAY.Kindly change my name as SWAPNA SAMANTROY $ issue me a fresh one. Before this i already registered a complain regarding this which was un answered. Waiting for your kind action.
