Pan card
PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

I had applied for a pan card whose acknoledgement no was 060940100475166 and online i can see that i have been alloted a pan no AXUPK6048H, and tha pan card has been delivered through first flight to patna, but till now i have not received. When I checked with first flight couriers using my consignment no they, told that since my adress was 10 km away from patna, and it does not come under their service area, pan card was returned to the origin office.. After that i have called so may times to nsdl customer care also but they are not helping me out, neither they are sending it through post.. (Does it means if some one is staying in a village, he will never receive a PAN CARD) Please look after the matter and send me the pan card as soon as possible
