Pan card
Correction in PAN card

I have recieve my pan number CIIPS8437F in the month of SEP but in my card my name and date of birth is written incorrectly. It is written SIMA PANWAR AND DATE OF BIRTH 7-8-1978 but my correct name is SEEMA PANWAR and date of birth is 7-8-1987

I will be hieghly greatfull for making neccessary changes.
