Violation of loan remodification

We are not in the same boat. We are on the worlds largest cruise ship, and I do mean world (India). Foreclosed on once so far due to a bank miss management of payments. Now, have done a remod I think. Signed all papers

new loan agreement and all was rosey until the day after my payment was made. Guess what, the late payment department called that my account was past due. The amount I paid was not enough and so they could not except my payment, even though it was off their own payment coupon. Funny! Yes, deliriousnous has now officially set in. Maybe Obahma can send my crazy check then i can send the rest of what they say I owe. NOT! If any one is interested in starting a class action please contact me. You have my vote.
