Sewage blocked in front of our office

sir

i am a citizen of asaf ali road there are sewage blocked 12 times in a month we various times open it by private workers but every 2 days after its blocked . we are so puzzaled from this issue,

so please you make sure that the sewee blockage problem solution neither there are various bactrias & mosquitos are made there home in the water of sewage .and prepare an envoirment unhealthy.
