Aicrel Pre-Paid
Wrong Deduction

I am a Aircel Prepaid Customer, Bangalore Area. I Activated Cricket updates on April Last and deactivated the same on May Starting (2nd or 3rd) and I recieved a mail stating its deactivated. Later the same Week i recieved message that its activated after several Mails and Calls I recieved the RS. 7 back. Then very next week again the same thing happened. Rs.7 was deducted from my account and I informed Aircel through Mails and Calls, There was responds and today again the same thing happened.

A total of Rs.14 was deducted from my account.

Once I recieved a call on 14th May informing that "May be somebody else forwarded the message from my Number, and Cricket update was activated on 3rd May itself." Horrible! they didt check'd my statement at all. On 3rd May the Cricket update was Deactivated and I had recieved a Mail stating the same and After that I was not getting any Updates from the Same.

Also in Aircel contact number 121, In the TopUp Menu. It was mentioned about one topup recharge coupon of Rs. 25. I recherged for the same, then they are saying its not TopUp, its only Rate Cutter.!
