NOT RECEIVED MY PAN CARD SINCE PAST 6MONTHS

Dera sir,
As i have applied for pan card from an agent (jagdalpur) more than 6months back, but till date i have not received my pan card.some how i have mannaged to find out my pancard number through website.ie, CQRPS2981R. So it"s a humble request that you please suggest me with a proper solution regarding this problem n take required action.asap.
