Sir name wrong

Dear Sir,

I just received my pancard before few days. I come to found the serious mistake in my sir name.

It has been unfortunate to receive such serious errors despite of proving my documents upto date.

actually it is correct splled in pancard but in data base it shows wrongly.please go through and do corrections in your database.
