Pan card
Name change application not being attended

Resp. Madam/Sir,

I have applied for a name change on my pan card on 11.12.2006 alongwith all needed proofs for the same. Following which I was informed to send some more documents.

I have sent the needed documents and written to the authorities on 13.9.07, 30.11.07, 27.2.08 and 10.4.08 for the same. I am shocked and surprised to experience the inefficiency of the department as I am not being attended for such a simple thing.

My acknowledgment number is 050020300167412, and my pan card number is AASPA4980D.

I am not sure what can be the reason, but I whould be highly obliged if I get my job acomplished as I am one of the few sincere and demoralised tax payers of this country... thanks to the departments effeciency or motives.
