PAN Card
Wrong Date of Birth

In 2007 I have applied for PAN card and after a long follow up finally have received it, but my date of birth on PAN Card is wrongly mentioned. Can anyone suggest what should I do to get it correct.

If I have to submit a new form again with required charges why should we suffer and pay for the mistakes done by PAN Card issuing authority.
