Good afternoon,

I wants to bring it your notice that, I had applied for the Pan card from your rajendra place branch on 1st of July. but I feel very bad for informing you that I haven't received my Pan card at yet (25 july). as per the rule it is quoted on your website that you will deliver the Pan card within 15 days of receiving of application. I am working with a company and I urgently required Pan card for my salary purpose.

I shall be very greatful to you if you take some necessary step and send my Pan card as soon as possible.
