Not receive pancard

Dear Sir,

I am in receipt of your letter under reference and I would like to inform you that I have applied for Pan Card on date 1/11.and i have given two time complaint application.

I regret to inform you that I have yet not received my Pan Card while going through UTI website. I have found that my Pan Card is not issued & dispatched to head maidherpura post-office of surat because I checked main @area post office and their officer said that your pancard aren’t dispatched here by
