Pan card not get

I applied for the PAN Card for my sister with the below detailed regrets.

I apply for PAN Card on Jun & Apr. 2012 but till now I have not get my PAN card, But there are showing from your site that pan card has been delivered on 28-Jul by Overnite Express Ltd. courier by airway bill no. 6608138563. I contact to courier office for PAN Card but they are not giving response to us. Pleas I requested to you take some action for the my PAN Card.
