One Time Settlement dispute

Sir,

I have taken a housing loan of Rs.400000/- from AIG Home Finance India Ltd during the year 2005 (final disbursement on 27.10.05) and paid an EMI of Rs.4382, with and without default. I had an issue with the Bank over balance outstanding and seven (7) EMI is due.

I have approached Bank for One Time Settlement recently. They gave me a final figure of Rs.398183/- which comprise of Rs.37- principal balance and Rs.30551/- overdue instalments (less Rs.4383/- Excess Amount) as on 6th August. This means that I have not paid any amount towards the principal till date (372015 30551 = 402566).

The Bank does not supply me with the statement of account for the entire period. On my last request the previous month, they finally sent me a statement from 01.01.08 to 31.07.08.

Kindly help me settle in a fair term
