Pan card
PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

Respected Sir/Madam,

Iam anil thomas resident of hyderabad (andhra pradesh). I have applied for a pan card through PRAMAN ALLIANZ TECHNOLOGIES Pvt Ltd/HYDERABAD on 14-05-05, i have'nt received the pan card yet, on enquiring with the center above they informed that they hav already submitted..and is yet to come, i hav also confirmed with AIYKAR BHAVAN (HYDERABAD), they say that they hav no information regd the same. My PROCESSING FEE COUPON NUMBER IS 026425391 & APPLICATION FORM NUMBER IS 037101170, (I have submitted my SSC MARKS MEMO COPY& TELEPHONE BILL AS PROOF), should i re-apply for the pan card again..??plz look in to this matter, i expect a favourable reply from the INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM.
