this is R.karthikeyan from chennai.i have applied for pan card in chennai through a agency.i got sms that my pan card has been dispatched through a courier this month (aug).when enquired the customer care of the courier office they replied my pan has been returned to mumbai.i dont know what to do.please help me. my vide ack.no.060700200139563 . pan alloted to me is BCOPK3693Q.

please do the needful to me.
