Respected Sir,
I traveled from Bombay to Osaka by AI-314 on Aug.08 on Seat No. 6F.
On 09th evening in between Honkong-Osaka Sector a lady chief-crew, behaved with me very badly and adversely lodged wrong complaint against me to KIX / OSK police.
I could not see her, face to face, so I will not be able to identify her.
1st.incidence:
On putting call bell again again for second sweet dish more than 10 minutes, having the empty bowel of sweet dish in my hand, I entered inside the Executive class for demand of it, where no any passenger was sitting. This time she attacked on me with 5 times strokes on my hand and back while returning towards my seat and loudly threatened me even after sitting on my seat. I was calm and quite.
My fellow passenger a 14 year old son of Mr. YAGNIK and Mrs. KAPILA YAGNIK sitting on window side of 6th row is the evidence to this event.
On my query about her name to a crew Mr. RAMSEY D Souza, who has not told her name, rather asked me a pardon again and again from her side. He told me to forgive her and forget the incidence. And fetch me 2 bowels of sweet dish instead of my demand of one extra sweet dish. I was in peace.
My age is 75 years. I am a frequent international traveler No. F609245 Flying Returns. I used to travel since 1982 from India to Japan twice in an year< evidence is my PASSPORT > and other countries and consume some times in board only one small peg of any liquor before meals, if available.
It is a first happening in my life having attack and harsh threatening of a lady crew.
2nd. incidence:
We all passengers were to exit from the plain at KANSAI A.P. I was standing in the middle of right side row and the left side passengers were to exit. Looking me she ordered me to quit from the middle of the row and return in left side row. As I was in middle of other passengers. Having my hand bag and disturbing other passengers was not fare on my part. I refused. The lady chief crew again attacked on me. Her 2 strokes I tolerated, and on her third attempt I opposed by my right hand.
She announced for all of us to go back on seats and called POLICE.
I am planning to submit an evidence based detailed report separately to all concerned.
Hence, every time leading a group of our Japanese students from Japan to India or traveling alone in the planes of AIR INDIA, I am afraid, if she will meet, what severe charges will be transplanted on me? So,
Please ask her and crew Mr. RAMSEY D Souza, about my fault for which I was punished. Hoping reply.
Thanking you with sincere regards,
