I, Miss Meenal Jayant Thete, am Holding a PAN Card No. ADMPT8754F. Of Late, I have got married and my name is changed to Mrs Meenal Prashant Retharekar.

Due to this, it is necessary for me to change the name on my PAN Card. I have already sent the PAN card along with application, marriage certificate Xerox and change of permanent address with proof to you.

Recently. I received the letter asking for the reason of application and the details not matching with the old details. In answer to this, I would like to assure that Ms Meenal Jayant Thete is my name only before marriage and After marriage it is changed to Mrs. Meenal Prashant Retharekar.

So with this letter, I kindly request you to do the needful to change the name on my PAN card and send the same to me at earliest.
