About call charges

Dear sir,

I am Airtel Customer since 4 to 5 years from the beginig i am suffering yours any kind of problem... for e.g. last one year back i was discountine the Airtel online service... and also received cancalation messsage also but continued rate deduct Rs. 5/day was continued for more than 45 to 60 days... and i was compliant so many times to customercare but they didn't care about me... and also service... and i was send the mail to your sevice depatment they also didn't care about that...

.

1) now i am suffering new problem that is u are automatticaly changed my call rate with about kowleged . so many informed to customer care now also they not ready to care about me...

2).yesterday on was another problem i am facing with my knowleged you activated airtel radio & deducted Rs. 10 . Sir i want justice from yours side. Please solve the both problem as soon as... please send reply for this mail
