Correction in father name

as reference to pan card delivered (PAN No. CAAPS0216C) at my place. I want to inform you that there is as name mistake on my pan card. my father name is wrongly described there. correct name is -Mr. SURENDRA LAL SHAH or Mr. S.L.SHAH while printed name is SOHAN LAL SHAH. so, please I have a request to send me a new card with correct name. so, I hope you will consider my request with immediate effect. your faithfully- Omprakash Shah cont: 9999778595
