Pan card correction
Incorrect name

Dear sir,

I, Dr Vanesa John T, had applied for a pan card through adv. Ashutosh Varshney, 19/623 gambhir pura behind royal cinema, Aligarh, UP.The pan card which i received first had mismatch in signature, everything else was correct. So i applied again. Now i got the second pan card in which my name is written as VANESA JOHN, but my official name is VANESA JOHN.T. Please advise me what should i do to get my name corrected in the PAN CARD.My pan card details-

name- vanesa john t

fathers name - john jacob tharayil

date of birth-04/02/1981

pan no- AKWPJ9757B.

Please advise regarding what to do as soon as possible.
