As per NSDL website, my pan card no. AISPV9252D was despatched on 16-5.Till now the courier has not delivered the card and his web site is not updated for delivery status of the AWB no.mentioned in NSDL site. When I tried calling their Chennai regional office, no body lifts the phone. Expressit couriers are the worst in business and it is frustrating to deal with a company who claim ISO 9000 status. Please ensure that the pan card is delivered to me if you manage to retrieve it from expressit or send me a new card.
