I have not received my PAN Card no ANVPA0434C allotted by income tax department, when Icomplaint thru the web site http://inconsumercomplaints.com then Swasthika Basaak (Direct : 022-40873152), Client Relation Manager -Ecommerce & Aviation, ExpressIT Logistics Worldwide Ltd. reply me as under:-

At the outset regret the lapse and the inconvenience caused.

With regard to given below complaint, the shipment is delivered on 8/12 your SECRETARY Mr. K KAPOOR .

Kindly check with him at your end

Request you to treat this incident in isolation and not as a true reflection of our services. The service benchmarks we have committed would be complied with.

Now i need the PAN CARD which is lost by the Courier Company who delivered it to the wrong person and it may be misuse, if this is happend then Courier comapany will be responsible. The tracking result details also shows that the delivery person move from the ghaziabad office at 12:54 and he delivered the packet at 13.10 in Pilkhuwa which is not possible to travel 22 kms distance in 16 min..

Now I request to to please investigate it.
