Pan card not delieverd
After many time complain but there is no action taken for issuing pan card

Dear sir

i, pritesh kumar sharma, had applied for pan card through uti services in varanasi o 10th april and my application no is 046474366 and processing fee coupon no is 033661418.

till now i did not recieve my pan card, after enquary with office they told that it have been dispatched on 20th april and told me to check pist office.

after ckecking my post office many times i request to issue me agian pan card but they are keeping silent and there is no action for this, my complain no is 1268006.

on enquary they gave me pan card no CGSPS6443M but i did not recieve any pan card.

kindly cosider this matter seriously and take an action.
