Pan card through nsdl
Pan card not recieved

I applied for pan card on july through a nsdl service centre at Imphal. I have recieved my Aknowledgement no. and the pan no. also sent to my mobile. But till now I have not recieved my Pan card. As I checked it at nsdl site in status it says that it has been despatched on 5th aug.

But still I have not recieved it. Kindly look into this matter and help me in recieving my Pan Card.
