Pan Card UTI
Pan card No. Yet not received within given time frame of 15 days

Dear Sir,

I had applied for PAN card on 29th Jan. My application no. is 035156812 and Coupen no. is 023947938.

The said Pan Card number is very essential for showing my investment declarations as i am a employee of reliance General Insurance Co. within prescibed date i.e 20th Feb as instructed by company.

If i failed to submit the PAN registration No details on or before that day i would suffer heavy irrecoverable loss which will affect my whole financial savings of Year 2007.

So I Kindly request you to issue the Pan Card No. on or before 20th feb
