PAN Card Not Received

With reference to airway bill no:6605172954; We supposed to receive PAN card from Income Tax Dept.

But till today we haven't received courier from Overnite courier; We tried to contact overnite courier office on Telephone No: 26853100 / 3101, Office Representative said that your courier delivered on 20th May with sign to SIGH.

We called several times to your office, then vasai representative but every time we got same answer that courier was delivered.

We are available 24 x 7 x 365 days on the address mentioned but still we doesn't know the reason why above same courier was not delivered to us.

This courier contains PAN card of My Mother: Jeejabai Bapu Pawar

Kindly look into the matter and help us to get my mother PAN card.
