This is richhpal singh from Najafgarh delhi. I have visited Najafgarh's panjab national bank's braches for fund transfer on 14/03. Their branches manager first denied to verify thumb impression and then for more than two hours sending me from one person to another for NEFT and at last he said we are not going to do that what you can do. Branch manager's name was batara and RTGS officer 's name was goyal. The chief manager Upadayay was not there in office. This branch manager and its staff tortured me for more than 2 hours and at last denied to transfer fund. Please let me know if there is any possibility of action against this manager and other staff.
