Fraud from the msn/lotray

Dear sir,

Five days back i have got a mail form the same fake organisation i replied them three times when they asked money from me i made a mail in that i mentioned that i will not pay anything in advance you can deduct the money from the amount what you are going to pay me, they sent an other mail to me that this is stiricty against the rule of their country we can not deduct the amount from the winner's amount. Now i have neglected them.
