Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied for correction in my name for the PAN, AECPA8461R. These are the acknowledgement Nos. against the form, which I had applied for correction in last 3years.

050910100864114, 050910100363360, 050910200135465

It is regretted to write that still I have not yet received my updated PAN. On checking the PAN status it shows “PAN provided in your request has been deleted/deactivated and is under examination at ITD/NSDL.” . No further reason despite of my several complaints registered so far.

So pls let me know the reason and also let me know what to do, as my demat account has been suspended due to non availability of updated PAN card.
