Complain against Pantaloon Phoenix Market City-Viman Nagar, Pune

Hello Sir/Mam,

I want to log a complain against Pantaloon Phoenix Market City-Viman Nagar, Pune

We purchased some goods from Pantaloon worth Rs.3072/- on 29-Oct (Tr no:-9366) and in favor of which we received recharge of Rs.125/- for T24.We submitted the T24 recharge receipt to the T24 counter situated inside Pataloon. The person named Aslam told us that the recharge will happen within 30 min. But it was not done. Its been 4 days and T24 recharge is still not done. Since then we have called them almost 7-8 times but we are getting holding reply that it will be done in 30 min.

Today we called to Zonal Office-MIDC-Mumbai at number 91 22-6708 9500.But they said its Big Bazaar's customer care dept not for pantaloon. Please note we took this number from

Urge you to kindly look in to the issue.
