EPF amount settled but Cheque not credited in my Bank account

Dear Sir/Madam,

My self Praveen Kumar and I had worked with Pantaloon Retail India Ltd April07- Dec

In Oct, I had applied for EPF through IKN consultant Mumbai. In January My EPF amount has been settled with Rs. PF - 7326/- and EPS - 4139/- but as on date it has not been credited in my Bank account.

I am regular try to made contact with you through telephonically but no body recevied the call.

So i feel frustrated on my self. Money needed for me urgent basis.

Therefore request you that kindly resolve me out of this problem, I am great thankful to you.
