I have taken an accommodation for 2 mouths with PAPARAMS HOSPOTALITY SERVICES at Anna Nager Chennai. They had charger me Rs.20000 per month and a deposit of Rs.30000.

I was taken to a house in Anna Nager which did not have any proper furniture, bathroom was poorly maintained. When I ask for them about furniture and bathroom they told me it will get ready in 1 a day. That is last time I heard from them. Then no one would take my call then water supply stopped, AC didn’t work, and House keeping man didn’t come from the next day.

But this was just the start of my night Mayer, after a month one fine day 2 people came and ask me to live the place I was shocked they told me that PAPARAMS HOSPOTALITY SERVICES has not paid them and money for few month so please live the places.

I went to there office, I was shocked to find 4 more customer standing like this all other nationality.

Then at last the MD came he brought few men and forced all of us out of the office. Later we went to the police station and complain, there they told me there are at least 60 cases against him and he has some political influence. So no legal action can be taken.

I think it’s a big racket so pleases be careful don’t believe this company. I have lost my deposit and one month rent.
