Cheating & misleading under MRTCP ACT

On 04 sep i received message from tata tele services at my cell no 9215551556 that u can upgrade u r existing mobile instrument. if u do so u will be benefited with talk time 2400 minutes free. I immediately talk to customer care at 121 where female voice may be rahisha ji said u r our valuable consumer just take u r existing mobile to nearest TATA TRUE VALUE HUB & they will up grade with new Instrument Old instrument must be in full working condition WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE & THEY WILL KEEP OLD ONE WITH THEM, i went to tata Hub where it was totally declined about all above. After that I login one complaint having no 188667985 on 12 sep 2009 in which it was ensured that your problem will be resolved by 15 sep 2009. But it is all concocted story by TATA Tele Service provider misleading the customer just to attract so that they can sell their mobile instrument at higher rates as comparison to other available brands. I again login new complaint with no 189003163 on 15 Sep 2009. But till date i.e. 16 sep 2009 no action has been taken by Tata Tele Service Provider by knowing my whole case NODAL OFFICER HARYANA . I Require ACTION WITIN 24 HOURS FALLING WHICH Tata Tele Services Must be Punished with Heavy Penalty 1.0Lakh right from True Value Hub sitting person to Haryana Nodal Officer & their staff for mental harassment & Torture SANDEEP GUPTA 9215551556
